Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Terraform Enterprise, GitHub Enterprise, Nexus, and SonarQube
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipeline design
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW), AutoNow, or Jira Service Management
- Experience building and maintaining metrics dashboards using Amazon QuickSight or similar BI tools
- Experience managing observability platforms such as Splunk and Datadog
- Familiarity with platform governance practices, including policy enforcement, access management, and compliance monitoring
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team responsible for core development infrastructure platforms
- Ensure the reliability, performance, and availability of supported services, meeting or exceeding SLAs
- Collaborate with security and engineering teams to embed best practices across the SDLC
- Drive the development and maintenance of Copilot-related metrics and dashboards using Amazon QuickSight
- Oversee observability tooling and practices, including Splunk and Datadog, to ensure visibility into system health and performance
- Establish and enforce governance standards for internal platforms, including access controls, compliance, and audit readiness
- Promote engineering excellence through best practices in infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and platform governance
Other
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering
- 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams, including hiring, performance reviews, and career development
- Demonstrated success leading high-performing, distributed engineering teams
- Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and supporting engineers at all levels
