The Hospitality Solutions business is a global leader in hospitality technology and is entering an era of accelerated growth, digital transformation, and operational excellence as a focused, independent company. The company is seeking to enhance its quality engineering processes to support this transformation and ensure timely, high-quality releases of its API and service-based applications.
Requirements
- 8+ years in software testing and automation, with 2+ years in leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and automation frameworks.
- Experience with cloud technologies, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL.
- Familiarity with tools like Cucumber, Jenkins, Maven, and Jira.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Quality Engineers.
- Drive test automation and quality improvements for API and service-based applications.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, and Project Management teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
- Implement best practices for defect management and test planning.
- Support organizational transformation initiatives such as automation scaling, Jira migration, and Gherkin adoption.
- Define and track KPIs for quality, automation coverage, and defect leakage.
