Requirements
- Proficiency in Python/C/C++ programming.
- Experience with Firmware or BSP/Drivers
- Working knowledge of automation frameworks
Responsibilities
- Leading the development of testing infrastructure & capabilities.
- Leading all aspects of new features and platforms testing coverage.
- Being actively hands-on (50%) in OS software coding and debugging.
- Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, including Hardware, Firmware, DevOps, etc.
Other
- Supervising and guiding a group of software developers.
- Bachelor's or MS degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ overall years of industry experience and 5+ years of leadership or management experience
- Ability to self-teach and learn quickly.
- Experience with internal and external customers.
