Tiger Analytics is seeking to solve unstructured business problems for Fortune 100 companies using data science, machine learning and AI
Requirements
- Experience working with large data sets
- Experience working with analytics toolkits such as R, Python, SQL, Git, SAS, Tableau, Alteryx
- Experience working with Spark, Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Knowledge of statistical and machine learning algorithms
- Exposure to cloud platforms and big data systems such as Hadoop HDFS, Hive
- Familiarity with agile development methodology
- Experience with data science, machine learning and AI
Responsibilities
- Work on the latest applications of data science to solve business problems
- Participate in discussions with team members to select and apply relevant analytic techniques and create actionable business insights
- Ability to understand the business context by discussing existing data models with senior client leaders and deriving useful business insights
- Ability to break down a project into specific tasks involving business analysis, data science and engineering
- Architect data analytics frameworks and solutions to solve data-driven business problems
- Use Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Operational Research techniques to develop data models
- Extract, transform and organize the data into datasets using tools like SQL
Other
- 8-10 years of Data Science experience with at least 5 years in analytics consulting
- Strong project management and team management skills, and the ability to work with global teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver a presentation
- Ability to engage with executive/VP-level stakeholders from the client’s team
- Will have to travel to the office 5 days a week
