Requirements
- Foundational knowledge in AI technologies and their application within a business context
- Familiarity with Atlassian products
- Knowledge of project management frameworks (PMP, Agile, ITIL)
- Experience with custom Statement of Work (SOW) scoping and delivery
- Experience with SaaS implementation
- Experience with large-scale, billable services portfolios and teams
- Experience managing P&L and driving financial KPIs
Responsibilities
- Assist in initiatives that integrate AI technologies across departments
- Support a team of Technical Adoption Architects to deliver exceptional value to enterprise customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI implementation opportunities
- Address security concerns and facilitate successful AI adoption at scale
- Contribute to developing strategic plans to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Provide insights that connect technology with business objectives
- Empower the team to showcase their successes and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Other
- 8+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or SaaS implementation
- At least 2 years in a leadership role managing large-scale, billable services portfolios and teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Customer-centric mindset, with a track record of driving successful adoption of technology solutions
- Strong background in building and maintaining executive-level customer relationships
