Requirements
- Experience with technology or management consulting
- Knowledge of project management, business transformation planning, and business process management
- Experience with software delivery and planning
- Familiarity with technology innovation practices and tools
- Understanding of secure software and systems engineering practices
- Experience with data analysis and metrics management
Responsibilities
- Manages quality of work delivered by Technology Analysis professionals
- Applies secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Oversees the introduction of new technology innovation practices and tools
- Manages technology innovation and related analysis metrics
- Designs, creates and executes value stream and business capability roadmaps
- Establishes and tracks key performance indicators related to technology investments
- Oversees a smooth transition from plan to build and influences build efforts
Other
- Hires and develops internal Technology Analysis talent
- Provides leadership and governance to the team and line of business
- Manages supplier relationships with staff augmentation and strategic partners
- Serves as the primary point of contact with business partners
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to influence, build relationships, negotiate and set priorities
- Strong executive presence
- Insurance/financial services industry knowledge a plus
