The SCRUM Master will support a fast-paced development environment, driving the team to deliver high-quality solutions that align with project objectives and customer requirements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a SCRUM Master supporting software development teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile/SCRUM principles, practices, and frameworks.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD processes, and iterative software delivery preferred.
- Certified SCRUM Master (CSM)* or equivalent Agile certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate all SCRUM ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders.
- Maintain and administer Jira*, ensuring all boards, sprints, and issues are accurately tracked and up to date.
- Remove impediments and proactively identify process improvements to maximize team efficiency.
- Support Product Owners in managing the product backlog and ensuring clear communication of priorities.
- Track and communicate key agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, sprint progress) to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
