Deloitte is looking to hire an experienced Manhattan QA Lead to oversee the quality assurance strategy and execution for Manhattan Active WMS and its interfaces, ensuring seamless integration across supply chain systems and delivering high-quality, scalable, and efficient WMS solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in testing Manhattan Active WMS or similar WMS platforms.
- 3+ Years of Experience with cloud-based WMS platforms and SaaS testing strategies.
- Experience in interface testing and supply chain system integrations.
- Experience with interface testing (REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, Postman).
- Proficiency in SQL for data validation and backend testing.
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks.
- Agile/Scrum experience with participation in sprint planning and retrospectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the quality assurance strategy and execution for Manhattan Active WMS and its interfaces.
- Leading QA team.
- Designing test frameworks ensuring seamless integration across supply chain systems.
- Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS, strong technical skills API, WMS Interfaces testing.
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.

- 7+ Years of experience in Software with at least 2 years in the lead role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
