Analyze data and workflow across manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity for Pride Mobility Products®/Quantum Rehab®.
Requirements
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization software
- Familiarity with machine learning or advanced analytics techniques preferred
- Familiarity with AI platforms preferred
- At least 1 year of data analysis experience OR a bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business Management, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
- Analyze data, and identify and resolve issues related to manufacturing operations
- Intermediate understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and quality control principles
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze manufacturing data from various sources to track performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor production performance, downtime, yield, and quality metrics
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement using statistical and predictive analytics
- Apply data-driven insights to streamline workflows, optimize resource allocation, and improve production schedules
- Support root cause analysis for production issues using data modeling and visualization tools
- Maintain and improve data pipelines and ensure data integrity across systems
- Identify opportunities to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies for specific tasks like data collection and automation
