Analyze data and workflow across manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity for Pride Mobility Products®/Quantum Rehab®.

Requirements

  • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization software
  • Familiarity with machine learning or advanced analytics techniques preferred
  • Familiarity with AI platforms preferred
  • At least 1 year of data analysis experience OR a bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business Management, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics
  • At least 2 years of experience in data analysis in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
  • Analyze data, and identify and resolve issues related to manufacturing operations
  • Intermediate understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and quality control principles

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze manufacturing data from various sources to track performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor production performance, downtime, yield, and quality metrics
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement using statistical and predictive analytics
  • Apply data-driven insights to streamline workflows, optimize resource allocation, and improve production schedules
  • Support root cause analysis for production issues using data modeling and visualization tools
  • Maintain and improve data pipelines and ensure data integrity across systems
  • Identify opportunities to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies for specific tasks like data collection and automation

  • Strong knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to various stakeholders
  • Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement
  • Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
  • Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
  • Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
  • Complete the annual CTPAT Security Training
  • High School Diploma or GED
