dormakaba is seeking to optimize manufacturing processes, improve production efficiency, and ensure high-quality standards through lean manufacturing principles and process innovation.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen)
  • Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment, tooling design, automation, and statistical process control (SPC)
  • Proficiency in CAD software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and data-driven decision-making tools
  • Experience in automation, robotics, and Industry 4.0 manufacturing technologies
  • Certification in Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), Lean Manufacturing, or a related discipline

Responsibilities

  • Optimize manufacturing processes and workflows using lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste
  • Design, evaluate, and enhance equipment, tooling, and automation solutions to increase production reliability and performance
  • Develop and maintain standardized work instructions, process documentation, and quality control measures to ensure compliance and consistency
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement and reduce defects
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to integrate new technologies and support production goals

Other

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or a related field
  • 3 or more years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role, preferably in a high-volume production environment
  • Strong project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams and implementing new production processes
  • Prior experience working with regulatory compliance, safety standards, and environmental requirements in manufacturing
