Savannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS) is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - Product Lifecycle Manager to lead the local development and implementation of product lifecycle management solutions, coordinate with enterprise-level system configuration and requirements, and create and maintain a robust technical architecture for the Windchill environment.
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience with development and configuration of Windchill PLM
- 7+ years' experience in managing CAD data with Windchill PLM.
- Prior experience with integration of PLM, MES, ERP, and MRP systems.
- Prior experience with Windchill MPM-Link and Windchill Navigate
- Prior experience with establishing and maintaining a digital thread from design to production.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field plus at least fifteen years of experience (YOE), OR Master's degree in relevant field plus at least twelve years of experience (YOE), OR Doctoral degree in relevant field plus at least eight years of experience (YOE)
- Equivalencies to experience and education requirements will be considered
Responsibilities
- Leading the local development and implementation of product lifecycle management solutions in coordination with enterprise level system configuration and requirements.
- Create and maintain a robust technical architecture for the Windchill environment, considering scalability and performance.
- Define data mapping and workflows within the Windchill system to optimize data management.
- Lead the development team in customizing Windchill functionalities, including workflows, user interfaces, and data structures.
- Oversee the implementation process, ensuring proper configuration, data migration, and system integration.
- Monitor development progress and address technical challenges during implementation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Windchill developers on the team.

- 7+ years' experience leading cross functional projects within a manufacturing facility.
- Current Q Clearance.
- Prior experience supporting manufacturing in the Nuclear Security Enterprise or Department of Defense.
- Prior experience developing training material or user guides for software programs.
- Assign tasks effectively and manage team workload to meet project deadlines.
