Daikin Applied is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Intern to join their dynamic Engineering team to provide innovative HVAC solutions for commercial and industrial applications
Requirements
- Experience with SolidWorks or related CAD software
- Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Responsibilities
- Work with an assigned engineer to research and analyze data related to the production of Daikin’s products
- Design, improve, and test production processes or systems under the direction of the assigned engineer
- Work with assigned engineers to design and implement tools and processes intended to improve the quality and efficiency of the production operation
Other
- Sophomore or Junior currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
- Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
- Location: Owatonna, MN in office 5 days per week
- Timeline: This Internship opportunity is for May–August 2026
