Requirements
- Proven skills and experience in milling and turning using CNC equipment
- CNC programming

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of up to 15 Manufacturing Engineers to deliver Right First Time processes across a variety of machine tools that includes wire EDM, CNC mills, lathes and grinders, and special purpose equipment.
- Develop and maintain standards for machine programming, fixture and tool procurement/management, shop floor process instructions, as well as process and measurement system validation requirements.
- Effectively manage multiple projects, tasks, and priorities in an environment of rapid product development/improvement.
- Assess manufacturing engineering talent and develop the actions needed to improve their skills and contribute to their personal and professional development.
- Lead a culture of strict process compliance to ensure product integrity and a safe workplace.
- Support continuous improvement through effective problem solving methods and best practices.
- Drive best practices in production machining processes, new product introduction, capability acquisition and machine tool efficiency and repair.
Other
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading an engineering team in a manufacturing facility
- Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
