Medical Murray is looking to implement and continuously improve manufacturing processes and equipment with a focus on Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost Reduction across the plant. This role will oversee a team of Manufacturing Engineers and drive critical initiatives that enhance performance, optimize operations, and ensure products consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
Requirements
- Knowledge of LEAN/Six Sigma concepts.
- Familiarity with U.S. and international regulatory requirements, quality management systems, and medical device applications (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Drive process changes and improvements to enhance product performance and reliability.
- Optimize equipment performance by eliminating waste and improving OEE of core manufacturing assets.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives through lean and innovative approaches.
- Partner with product development teams to establish the right processes and technologies for new product launches.
- Support product line rationalization and simplification efforts.
- Contribute to defining and executing the vision for the “Factory of the Future.”

- 8+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a regulated environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of technical managerial experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent applications.
