Requirements
- Hands-on experience with MES/ERP systems and PLM workflows
- Knowledge of AS9100 quality standards and regulated production environments
- Experience with electro-mechanical assembly and precision hardware manufacturing
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred
- Strong command of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
Responsibilities
- Establish scalable, repeatable manufacturing processes for complex hardware
- Oversee facilities layout, tooling, and process control systems
- Define standards for converting eBOMs to mBOMs and maintain documentation
- Implement training programs for assembly and integration technicians
- Lead the selection and integration of a Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
- Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, VSM)
- Establish KPIs to measure safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering
- 5+ years in manufacturing engineering within aerospace, automotive, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years in leadership or management roles
- Proven experience standing up new production lines or scaling manufacturing operations
- U.S. Person status required under export control regulations
