The company is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on the efficient, reliable, and scalable production of IO controllers and associated PCBAs used in semiconductor processing equipment. This role is crucial for building robust manufacturing processes, qualifying test equipment, supporting new product introduction, and enabling seamless transfer to contract manufacturing partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience in PCBA manufacturing and test process development.
- Hands-on experience with process documentation, NPI, and CM transfer.
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, DFx principles, and quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Experience with semiconductor capital equipment or electronics manufacturing.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and MES tools.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end documentation of manufacturing and test processes.
- Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes to improve throughput, yield, and cost.
- Use data analysis and industry best practices to continuously refine process flows.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting for day-to-day production issues.
- Ensure equipment and processes meet safety and operational standards.
- Collaborate with test engineering to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Analyze production data to detect trends, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.

- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to drive cost, quality, and efficiency improvements.
