Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business, Engineering or related field
- Preferred 5 years of relatable work experience in engineering or manufacturing
- Proven ability to manage engineering teams with strong coaching skills
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and implement continuous improvements activities to improve key performance indicators (contribution, on-time, cost of quality, incident rate, net efficiency, safety, ect)
- Develop and administer capital budgets for Engineering.
- Training for Manufacturing Engineers in processes and equipment.
- Plan and coordinate new product introductions and product enhancements to meet project margins, costs and introduction dates.
- Direct internal and external resources to resolve field or quality concerns.
- Serve as the primary engineering contact for assigned product lines, ensuring production meets quality, efficiency, and delivery targets.
- Oversee and approve engineering change notifications (CNs) and change requests (CRs) within Windchill to ensure accurate documentation and timely implementation of design and process changes.
