Mativ is looking for a Manufacturing Intern to gain exposure to different manufacturing processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes related to non-woven, wet-laid paper making and saturation.
Requirements
- Intermediate MS Excel skills with willingness to learn.
- Strong skills with PowerPoint and other MS Suite products.
- the ability to analyze information to find opportunities
Responsibilities
- Create presentations to be used for the continuous improvement of the manufacturing processes related to non-woven, wet-laid paper making and saturation.
- Compile and display data to support recommendations for improvement.
- Estimate cost savings related to recommendations.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the manufacturing process.
Other
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Paper Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related major.
- Minimum GPA-3.0.
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
