ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is looking for a Manufacturing Test Engineer to develop and implement test procedures and systems to ensure the quality and functionality of products during the manufacturing process, and to collaborate with stakeholders to analyze test data, troubleshoot issues, and enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Software Development.
- Skilled in electronic troubleshooting
- Deep understanding of Oracle, specifically in relation to NetSuite operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software
Responsibilities
- Develop software essential for testing hardware products.
- Coordinate with the R&D team for firmware and software releases.
- Execute RMA testing, evaluation, and processing.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with nonfunctional electronic assemblies.
- Analyze the root causes of production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Assist with the repairs and maintenance of assembly and testing equipment.
- Ensure high standards of quality control for all products.
Other
- Collaborate daily with the Director of Production and Manufacturing to ensure effective and ongoing product testing.
- Support and coach the production team by answering questions and providing assistance related to assembly builds and test outcomes.
- Develop, review, revise, and communicate Standard Operating Procedures.
- Act as a hands-on coach and mentor for the team, providing guidance during builds and offering direction as needed.
