Marijuana Infused Production (MIP) Associate needed to achieve department goals by ensuring adherence to operational procedures and company standards, and maintaining product quality and compliance.
Requirements
- Must have a year of production or manufacturing experience.
- Must be observant and detail oriented.
- Must have strong multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently or with a team with guidance and supervision.
- Ability to maintain a steady pace working in a manufacturing environment involving bending, kneeling, lifting, repetitive use of hands and fingers and other positions during each shift.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Responsibilities
- Inspect all products for quality assurance during each stage of the packaging procedure.
- Ensuring proper placement of all products informational / compliance stickers.
- Filling and assembling various products to predetermined weight.
- Ensuring product is handled and cased properly during each step of the packaging process.
- Identifying and notifying leadership with quality and compliance issues/concerns.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment

- Working with a team each day to achieve department goals.
- Ensuring they are abiding by all operational procedures and company standards.
- Reporting to their corresponding Shift Supervisors, Shift Leads, and Team Leads at the beginning, end, and throughout the shift.
- Maintaining a positive and constructive attitude/demeanor when addressing or interacting with others.
- Must be 21 or over (required by law).
- Must have reliable transportation, good attendance, and be on time ready to work.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with team members and leadership.
