HCSC is looking for a dynamic individual to join its Market Research team to gather, organize, analyze, and interpret various marketing, operational, and satisfaction data, and manage primary quantitative and qualitative research projects.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of financial and statistical analysis and interpretation.
- Keen quantitative and qualitative research and analytic skills.
- Proficiency with key software packages (word processing, data management, spreadsheet, statistical analysis and presentation) and experience with corporate programming languages (i.e. SPSS, among others).
- PC proficiency to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong market research, research lab, or survey experience.
- Healthcare industry experience.

Other
- Bachelor’s Degree OR 4 years’ marketing research, consulting or planning experience which may be substituted for the degree.
- Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization, problem solving and communication skills; ability to accept direction and feedback.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Flexibility and responsiveness in managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Initiative and persistence, with ability to meet deadlines.
