The Toro Company (TTC) is seeking a Market Research Analyst Intern to support data-driven decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and presenting market insights that help guide business strategy for Ditch Witch, a division of The Toro Company, in the underground pipe and cable market.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Current student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Accounting, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research using industry reports, databases, and credible online sources.
  • Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns and insights.
  • Assist in designing surveys, focus groups, and customer feedback initiatives.
  • Support competitive analysis by tracking industry players, pricing, and product offerings.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations that clearly communicate findings.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams to provide data-driven recommendations

  • Current student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Accounting, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
