Requirements
- Experience with statistics (e.g., R, Python, SPSS) and survey software (e.g., Qualtrics, Survey Monkey)
- Working knowledge of and interest in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Strong analytical skills and innate curiosity
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute customer research projects
- Participate in qualitative and quantitative research to gather valuable customer insights
- Assist with data analysis and help turn research findings into actionable recommendations
- Learn about the latest tools and techniques in market research and industrial design
Other
- Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in marketing, market research, economics, psychology, sociology, or other business or social science fields
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- High effective communicator (both written and verbal)
- Exhibits professionalism and attention to detail
