Increase customer results via agent optimization by customizing prompting and agent behavior to maximize revenue generated by the AIR AI agent product.
Requirements
- Long experience in writing/crafting email marketing emails for conversion.
- Extremely familiar with using LLMs and marketing AIs to create content.
- Familiar with AI agents and email automation workflows.
Responsibilities
- Optimize the AIR AI agent for customers to improve their results.
- Add new AI automations for large clients to expand their results.
- Diagnose failing accounts and re-align their AI agent to perform better and get them back to success.
- Be the expert of prompting our AI and creating default easy settings ands strategies that will work for smaller customers.
- Help our team strategize new ways to apply the AIR agent to increase revenue for clients.
- Detect problems and errors in the AI messaging and help our engineers/developers adjust them.
- Work hand and hand with our development teams in achieving all the goals above.
