Requirements
- Deep expertise with Adobe Stack and Pega decisioning platforms (nice to have)
- Hands-on AI/ML experience (LLMs, propensity models, recommendation engines)
- GCP/Google Cloud experience (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Gemini preferred)
- Customer data platforms and identity resolution
- AI/ML frameworks and cloud-based AI services
- API integrations, data modeling, event streaming
- SQL, Python, or similar for data analysis/prototyping
Responsibilities
- Conduct TCO analysis of Adobe stack (AEP, AJO, CDH, Marketo, Workfront)
- Develop build vs. buy recommendations, challenging vendors when ROI doesn't justify cost
- Lead stack consolidation eliminating redundancies
- Define Next Best Action/Next Best Offer frameworks with AI-driven decisioning
- Provide architecture recommendations for customer data infrastructure and real-time decisioning
- Lead quarterly stack audits assessing utilization, data quality, integration health, security
- Help build LLM/SLM apps for content, customer insights, campaign optimization and more
