Oncourse Home Solutions (OHS) is seeking a Marketing Analyst (Digital) to monitor, analyze, and optimize their digital properties to enhance user experience, drive engagement, and support business goals including improved conversions and revenue.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in web analytics platforms such as GA4, Full Story, Adobe Analytics and data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and basic HTML/JavaScript for tag implementation.
- Experience with SQL, Snowflake and/or Python for data extraction and analysis.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
- Google Analytics certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data on website performance metrics, user journeys and online behavior patterns, to build a strong understanding of the online conversion funnel, identify drop-off points and barriers to conversion, and develop improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs on website performance and user engagement.
- Design A/B and multivariate tests with proper setup, check for data integrity, assist with execution and evaluate results to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Partner with the Digital Marketing, IT, and Product teams to support web analytics needs.
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories and present recommendations to stakeholders.
