Google Workspace Marketing team needs business critical insights, alignment of marketing and sales goals, and driving day-to-day cross-functional operations to analyze business performance and uncover growth opportunities for the Google workspace enterprise segment.
Requirements
- Experience designing, scoping, executing, and delivering research and analysis projects
- Experience translating business problems into research questions and translating research findings and insights into marketing recommendations
- Experience working in marketing analytics, and analyzing marketing performance
- Experience analyzing marketing performance and driving business impact
- Experience with data analysis, data modeling and SQL
- Ability to build presentations and communicate with executive stakeholders by synthesizing data sets into meaningful insights
Responsibilities
- Directly analyze large data sets
- Design and perform statistical analyses that continuously improve our process efficiency and campaign impact
- Tap into the underlying data, align on key metrics/methodologies and generate insights that enable marketers to develop valuable, highly effective programs
- Analyze business performance and uncover growth opportunities for the Google workspace enterprise segment
- Develop and deliver regular reports to marketing leadership and stakeholders, communicating business performance, insights, and recommendations
- Conduct root cause analysis on observed data trends for programs and initiatives
- Develop reporting dashboards and analysis tools leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) based on business requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a research or quantitative field such as Social Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, Bioinformatics, Economics or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience managing research and measurement agencies.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to understand regional performance nuances, identify best practices and provide tailored insights to optimize plans and execution.
