Requirements

  • Experience designing, scoping, executing, and delivering research and analysis projects
  • Experience translating business problems into research questions and translating research findings and insights into marketing recommendations
  • Experience working in marketing analytics, and analyzing marketing performance
  • Experience analyzing marketing performance and driving business impact
  • Experience with data analysis, data modeling and SQL
  • Ability to build presentations and communicate with executive stakeholders by synthesizing data sets into meaningful insights

Responsibilities

  • Directly analyze large data sets
  • Design and perform statistical analyses that continuously improve our process efficiency and campaign impact
  • Tap into the underlying data, align on key metrics/methodologies and generate insights that enable marketers to develop valuable, highly effective programs
  • Analyze business performance and uncover growth opportunities for the Google workspace enterprise segment
  • Develop and deliver regular reports to marketing leadership and stakeholders, communicating business performance, insights, and recommendations
  • Conduct root cause analysis on observed data trends for programs and initiatives
  • Develop reporting dashboards and analysis tools leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) based on business requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a research or quantitative field such as Social Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, Bioinformatics, Economics or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience managing research and measurement agencies.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to understand regional performance nuances, identify best practices and provide tailored insights to optimize plans and execution.
