The company is looking to support the planning, development, day-to-day execution and measurement of marketing tactics that drive profitable growth and retention for Allstate.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Intermediate experience using Microsoft suite
  • Advance PowerPoint skills a plus
  • Familiarity with Tableau and Power Bi

Responsibilities

  • Conduct data analysis, survey design, and trend analysis to provide actionable insights for marketing strategies
  • Translates business questions to provide answers through reporting and analytics
  • Compiles, cleans, organizes, and analyzes data to understand business results and provides actionable insights
  • Monitors and evaluates business initiatives against created key performance indicators and communicates results and recommendations to management
  • Works on projects with management guidance and oversight
  • Participates in the development of presentations, program overviews, recaps, and other materials for internal meetings and presentations
  • Supports data, reporting and analytics to inform business decisions and provide actionable insights to program leads

  • Ability to synthesize data into meaningful conclusions and recommendations to business clients
  • Effectively communicate concepts, tools, and techniques
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced, dynamic, and ambiguous business environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Beginner presentation development and delivery skills
  • Beginner relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Currently enrolled at a community college or trade school
  • 0-2 years experience (Preferred)
  • Available to work part-time, ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week
