ComPsych is looking for a strategic Marketing Business Intelligence Analyst to provide actionable insights, develop dashboards, and guide data-driven decision-making for their strategy and marketing organization.
Requirements
- Experience (coursework, internship, or project work) with Power BI, Excel, or other BI/reporting tools
- Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and performance metrics
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with business leaders to develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Power BI
- Support the integration and validation of data from various sources (CRM, web analytics, paid media platforms)
- Perform basic data cleaning, transformation, and querying to ensure accuracy and usability
- Document reporting processes and create guides for dashboard use and interpretation
- Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, campaign ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and engagement metrics
- Support analysis of current customer segments and the migration of customer data into CRM
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports to support the marketing team’s performance tracking and decision-making
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to present findings to non-technical audiences
- Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative
