DBeaver is seeking a Marketing Content Writer to shape how they communicate their innovative data solutions to millions of users worldwide, driving engagement and contributing to the company's growth.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience and a solid understanding of SQL and/or database concepts.
  • Familiarity with database management tools, especially DBeaver, would be a significant advantage.
  • Experience creating video scripts and/or webinar content.
  • Familiarity and hands-on experience using DBeaver.
  • Experience working directly with SQL or database-focused companies.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
  • Understanding of basic SEO principles.

Responsibilities

  • Developing detailed outlines and writing compelling copy for various content formats, always keeping clear business goals at the forefront.
  • Crafting engaging and impactful social media content across platforms like X and LinkedIn to build our brand presence and connect with our audience.
  • Monitoring trending content, tracking competitor activities, and providing actionable insights to the sales team regarding relevant audience interests.
  • Responding to requests from the sales team and providing them with valuable content and insights to support their efforts.
  • Developing compelling copy for a range of marketing materials, including emails, brochures, one-pagers, and other assets as needed.
  • Staying up-to-date on product usage trends, the latest new versions, updates, and features to ensure your copy accurately and effectively promotes our offerings.
  • Collaborating closely with the marketing team to develop and strategize content initiatives aligned with our business objectives.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail and nuance.
  • Proven experience working with U.S.-based B2B companies, understanding the nuances of this market.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a copywriting or content creation role within a B2B environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing compelling marketing copy across various formats (e.g., website copy, social media, email campaigns, blog posts).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
