Toyota Financial Services (TFS) Marketing Department is looking to hire a Marketing Creative Design Analyst to develop, strategize, art direct, and design impactful multi-channel marketing and promotional materials to drive sales volume and loyalty to TFS, Toyota, and their Private Label brands.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite including (but not limited to) InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, XD
- Intermediate experience with UI/UX software such as XD and Figma
- A strong portfolio, available online
- Figma or Zeplin experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic design and marketing materials that promote the Toyota Financial Services (TFS), Lexus Financial Services (LFS) and our Private Label brands to drive incremental sales volume and dealer loyalty
- Strategize on messaging, design thinking, and brand positioning for new and current business objectives
- Support the sustainment and execution of TFS Brand Identity for team members, customers, dealers, divisions, and community
- Execute concepting, creative strategy, design, layout, color, composition, brand, typography, and communication skills for both print and digital media
- Create print-ready files and work with print vendors for print production
- Edit footage, create animations, input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to develop compelling videos for internal and external audiences for channels such as websites, social media, and conferences
- Design user interface for customer and dealer websites or mobile apps, from the layout to colors and fonts
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, Graphic Design or Advertising
- 2-5 years of marketing design experience (in similar field and/or industry)
- Strong oral, written, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Experience presenting work in front of leadership
- Agency experience is preferred
