New Western is looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to transform raw marketing data into actionable insights that will shape strategy and drive growth for their marketing team.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other platform dashboards.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization).
- Experience analyzing performance across web, paid media, email, and social channels.
- Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Bonus: Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) or SQL.
Responsibilities
- Track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion paths to highlight optimization opportunities.
- Review paid media performance across Google, Meta, and other platforms to measure ROI and recommend budget shifts.
- Analyze email performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, deliverability) and provide insights to boost engagement.
- Monitor social media and content metrics to identify top-performing campaigns and content types.
- Evaluate A/B and multivariate testing results, surfacing clear recommendations on winning strategies.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and pivot-table analyses to provide visibility into performance.
- Translate complex data into simple, actionable insights for marketing and leadership teams.
