Supports the Marketing and Product Management team with reports and analysis of campaigns, portfolios, channels, surveys, and other sources of information at American Savings Bank
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience working with SQL (SSMS) or similar database management tools
- Hands-on experience working in data reporting and analysis
- Proficiency in Excel (VBA macros, pivots, and drop-down), PowerPoint and Word
- Basic programming skills (if/then/else statements and/or for/while loops)
- Experience working with visualization tools (e.g., IBM Cognos)
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with business partners to understand and document business requirements, establish deadlines, and set expectations for the deliverables
- Documents recurrent data processes
- Designs, develops, and automates easy to understand reports that evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, portfolios, and other sources of information
- Summarizes and presents executive-level messaging
- Responds independently to peer and executive level inquiries as required
