Requirements
- extensive experience working with CPD platforms, CRM systems, Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL, Python, and other data automation, integration, and visualization technologies.
- proficient in managing large datasets, restructuring data systems, and ensuring data integrity and security across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the collection, organization, and analysis of marketing data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor marketing performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct advanced statistical analyses and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Define data requirements and support the development of scalable reporting and analytics infrastructure.
- Implement and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
- Write technical memos and documentation to communicate data processing decisions and data quality assessments.
- Support the implementation of new analytics tools and automation processes to enhance reporting efficiency.

- A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing data analytics is required, ideally within the healthcare sector.
