Acra Lending is seeking to leverage data to drive marketing strategy, optimize performance, and fuel customer acquisition and retention

Requirements

  • Experience with sales and marketing tools, including CRM systems (Salesforce), analytics and BI tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI), and digital platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush)
  • Ability to connect marketing data to business impact, highlighting key wins and performance metrics to align and motivate teams around shared goals
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and marketing compliance best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a consistent cadence of marketing performance reporting, applying analytical rigor to guide strategy and improve campaign effectiveness
  • Translate complex marketing and channel data into clear, actionable insights that inform investment decisions and long-term planning
  • Build and manage marketing budget models in partnership with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to support annual planning and forecasting
  • Serve as the go-to resource for ad-hoc analysis, delivering timely insights that enable leaders across the business to make smarter decisions
  • Lead or support high-impact initiatives that strengthen marketing outcomes, enhance team performance, and improve alignment with cross-functional partners

Other

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business strategy, consulting, or operations
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a proven ability to solve business challenges
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
