TaxRise is looking to execute the day-to-day implementation and maintenance of their marketing data infrastructure, ensuring all tracking, tagging, and integrations are properly set up and running smoothly to provide accurate data for lifecycle teams and campaign performance.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Segment, GA4, GTM, and ad platform tracking (Google, Meta, TikTok).
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills (e.g., debugging events, using Chrome DevTools, validating pixels).
- Experience with UTMs, pixels, and attribution basics.
- Set up and manage event tracking in Segment and Google Tag Manager.
- Configure and maintain GA4 properties, conversions, and cross-domain tracking.
- Implement campaign tagging (UTMs, tracking templates) across all paid media channels.
- Perform regular audits of tracking infrastructure to ensure data quality.
Responsibilities
- Set up and manage event tracking in Segment and Google Tag Manager.
- Configure and maintain GA4 properties, conversions, and cross-domain tracking.
- Implement campaign tagging (UTMs, tracking templates) across all paid media channels.
- Ensure paid media platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Native) are correctly integrated with our analytics and attribution tools.
- QA campaign pixels, conversions, and events before launch.
- Monitor and troubleshoot tracking discrepancies between platforms.
- Support the lifecycle team by passing required behavioral events and attributes into HubSpot and Salesforce.
Other
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in marketing/ad operations, marketing analytics, or marketing technology.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM/lifecycle platforms.
- Highly detail-oriented and comfortable working in fast-paced, campaign-driven environments.
- All paid media campaigns launch with accurate tracking and attribution.
- Lifecycle team has reliable access to behavioral and conversion data.
