Stirista is looking for a Marketing Data Analyst II to analyze data from website activity, email, digital campaigns, and CTV campaigns, as well as proprietary consumer demographic and identity data sets. The goal is to provide insights and recommendations to product and account management teams to optimize marketing efforts and improve customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Experience collaborating with architects on table design to support Tableau reporting and ad hoc requests.
  • Proficiency in Tableau or similar BI tool
  • Experience with creating dynamic visualizations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and related software.
  • Additional programming languages such as Python, R, etc. are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop quantitative analysis, dashboards, and ad hoc reporting to demonstrate performance of key business initiatives and define areas for optimization.
  • Synthesize complex analytics into compelling top level findings for presentations to senior marketing executives.
  • Work with data engineers and solution architects to source new data, resolve system issues that impede data extraction, and design structures which will best support analytical efforts.
  • Work with internal and client-marketing teams to define and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize the customer experience and maximize customer value.
  • Structure, visualize and analyze data coming from website activity, email, digital campaigns and CTV campaigns as well Stirista’s proprietary consumer demographic and identity data sets.
  • Analyze results, draw conclusions, and package these results along with recommendations for client presentations.
  • Create dynamic visualizations using Tableau or similar BI tools.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Sciences or related field required.
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of data analysis or marketing services experience is required.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up-to 15 pounds at times.
  • The work location for this position is our corporate headquarters located in San Antonio, TX.
