Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, with the ability to design scalable data models and dashboards.
- Strong understanding of multi-touch attribution, statistical testing methodologies, funnel analytics, and optimization techniques.
- Experience developing predictive models and working with large, multi-source marketing datasets.
- Ability to translate complex analytical insights into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing analytics, performance measurement, digital media optimization, or related analytical disciplines.
- Experience with advanced modeling, segmentation, attribution, and optimization methodologies.
- Familiarity with data infrastructure and analytical capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Leads analytical initiatives across marketing programs, campaigns, and digital experiences using advanced modeling, segmentation, attribution, and optimization methodologies.
- Evaluates multi-channel performance trends to inform spend allocation, creative optimization, funnel diagnostics, and marketing investment strategy.
- Designs, enhances, and governs scalable reporting ecosystems, dashboards, and automated workflows that provide visibility into campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion outcomes.
- Develops advanced predictive and prescriptive models to guide strategic planning, including customer acquisition forecasting, retention likelihood, and lifetime value optimization.
- Identifies data gaps, recommends enhancements to data infrastructure, and collaborates with Technology teams to improve data quality and analytical capabilities.
- Translates complex analytical findings into executive-ready insights, strategic recommendations, and presentation materials that drive decision-making.
- Supports continuous improvement by identifying new analytical methods, tools, and technologies to advance marketing measurement maturity.

- Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
