Lifeway is seeking to improve the impact of its digital strategies through data-informed decision-making.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience using GA4, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools
- 3+ years of experience in reporting and data analysis with strong analytical skills and mastery of Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- 2+ years of experience in data storytelling using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools
- Proven expertise in campaign tracking
- Familiarity with Salesforce products, including Marketing Cloud and reporting tools
- Experience with data mining techniques
Responsibilities
- Maintain digital analytics solutions involving Adobe Analytics and GA4 across Lifeway web properties
- Create reports and dashboards as needed and ensure proper tracking is in place for reporting
- Develop and maintain documentation regarding governance for analytics solutions and tag management
- Enable integration of data from business partner platforms and back-end systems with analytics to provide a holistic view of digital operations and marketing efforts
- Work in collaboration with business leads from marketing to ensure that business requirements are being met and that campaign data is captured and is clean
- Collaborate with vendor(s) for digital programs, projects, and Adobe Analytics data extraction and migration activities

- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Project management experience in a matrixed environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead initiatives
- Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
