Zions Bancorporation is looking to transform how they connect with customers by building a dynamic, in-house Creative Studio and innovative Demand Center. The Marketing Insights & Analytics Analyst will play a crucial role in providing actionable insights from marketing data to support campaign planning, execution, and optimization, ultimately enhancing marketing effectiveness and informing strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Proficient in data modeling, transformation, cleansing, and creating data logic and queries.
- Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling and analysis, with the ability to gather, analyze, and provide data insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with proficient knowledge of databases, SQL, and MS Office applications.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, Oracle)
- Experience with data analysis tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Knowledge of marketing platform analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Google Analytics, and Meta platforms preferred.
Responsibilities
- Proficient in data modeling, transformation, cleansing, and creating data logic and queries.
- Provide actionable insights by analyzing marketing data from multiple channels, including social media, email, web, and paid media, to support planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns.
- Develop financial metrics such ROI, profitability to evaluate the financial success of key marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Leverage predictive analytics and machine learning models to forecast trends, optimize marketing strategies, and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Work with Finance and Governance teams to build and measure financial metrics across key marketing initiatives and prepare executive reports on campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI to inform strategic decision-making and enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and marketing teams to understand data requirements and deliver impactful insights that align with business objectives.
Other
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in marketing/data analysis/financial analysis with a focus on banking and/or retail bank products, marketing, or a related role.
- This is an in-office position that will sit at a local corporate hub 5 days a week. This is not a hybrid role.
- This Marketing Insights & Analytics Analyst position is currently not eligible for employment visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B visa).
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, business teams, data architects, and data engineers through interviews and working sessions to ensure data integrity and alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies in all aspects of data handling and analysis.
