Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling and analysis
- Proficient knowledge of databases, SQL, and MS Office applications
- Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, Oracle)
- Experience with data analysis tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Knowledge of marketing platform analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Google Analytics, and Meta platforms preferred
Responsibilities
- Collect, cleanse, and model data from various systems to create a unified customer journey view
- Analyze marketing data from multiple channels to support planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns
- Develop financial metrics such as ROI and profitability to evaluate the financial success of key marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, business teams, data architects, and data engineers to ensure data integrity and alignment with organizational goals
- Leverage predictive analytics and machine learning models to forecast trends, optimize marketing strategies, and recommend data-driven solutions
- Work with Finance and Governance teams to build and measure financial metrics across key marketing initiatives and prepare executive reports
Other
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, data science, data analytics, information systems, statistics or a related field is required, master's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in marketing/data analysis/financial analysis with a focus on banking and/or retail bank products, marketing, or a related role
- This is an in-office position that will sit at a local corporate hub 5 days a week
