The Marketing Insights team at Meta seeks to understand user and customer needs, experiences, behaviors, and attitudes to maximize the value Meta delivers across its platforms and services. The Marketing Researcher will partner with Growth Marketing and Scaled Solutions within Business Marketing to leverage business-to-business insights to drive marketing strategy.
Requirements
- 4+ years of research experience
- Proven experience in shaping data focused marketing campaigns and product launches from definition to execution, with a focus on shaping strategy, driving alignment, and delivering business outcomes
- Experience spotting ambiguity and asking questions to resolve the issue
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative research and applying findings in a business context to inform decision-making
- Demonstrated experience of understanding of the digital advertising landscape and specifically with Meta’s suite of advertising and measurement products
- Proven experience navigating ambiguity, identifying strategic problems to solve, setting priorities, and driving learning agendas with minimal guidance
- Experience with media planning decision making and analytics
Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research to support decision-making, strategic planning and shape marketing/brand strategies, campaign development, product development, retail/channel strategy
- Translate research findings into actionable insights with clear recommendations
- producing highly effective communication that motivates people to apply learnings in marketing and across the organization
Other
- partner with multiple internal teams including Product Marketing, Sales, Data Science, Design, and Analytics teams
- demonstrate leadership, critical thinking, and strategic execution
- 3+ years of relevant experience working with agencies, and large advertisers
