The Marketing Insights team needs to understand user needs, experiences, behaviors, and attitudes to maximize the value Meta delivers across its platforms and services. The Marketing Insights Researcher will help the marketing organization shape how people realize the promise of Facebook by identifying ways to evolve marketing practices, deliver messages across various channels, identify mutually beneficial partnerships, and create synergies across these efforts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of research experience. High degree of qualitative and quantitative research expertise, with a background applying it in a business context to drive decision-making and raise relevance of new opportunities
  • Proven expertise in shaping insights-driven marketing campaigns and product launches from definition to execution, with a focus on shaping strategy, driving alignment, and delivering business outcomes
  • Experience building strategies for brands.
  • Adept at navigating ambiguity, identifying problems to solve, setting priorities, and driving learning agendas with minimal guidance
  • You have implemented big marketing efforts through channels without “television ads.” You have demonstrated experience with a wide variety of alternative marketing tactics
  • Experience working with multi-channel marketing that integrates communications to alternative marketing to on-platform integrations to creator driven programming to classic ads/marketing
  • In-depth knowledge on how to identify/implement partnerships, social, and/or activation marketing

Responsibilities

  • Develop the learning agendas to support progress on business goals
  • Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research to support decision-making, strategic planning and shape marketing/brand strategies, campaign development, product development, retail/channel strategy
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights with clear recommendations
  • producing highly effective communication that motivates people to apply learnings in marketing and across the organization
