Barge Design Solutions is looking for a Marketing Intern to gain valuable work experience in their field, specifically to assist with marketing proposal support, data integration, and database management.
Requirements
- Salesforce Database Structure and Data Entry
- Database management, including the export/import process from two different programs.
- Marketing Proposal procedures.
- Data Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, Languages, etc. major
- Experience with AI Bot
- Experience with Salesforce reports
- Experience with data integration between multiple systems
Responsibilities
- New Employee Record Entries: Use HR data (emailed forms and resumes) to populate employee details in the Salesforce CRM database.
- Employee Record Updates (License, Registration, and Training Records): enter new and updated information as it appears in emails from employees.
- Reports and Dashboards: Assist with writing reports and building dashboards (charts based on a collection of reports) as needed.
- Assist the marketing team with resume and project examples for proposals (data is in Salesforce so this will involve using an AI Bot and possibly writing Salesforce reports).
- Assist the marketing team with proposal close out duties (updating Salesforce Pursuit outcome data, ensuring the Marketing file number gets attached to the Salesforce Pursuit record, and ensuring all staff and project descriptions are shown on the correct Salesforce records.
- Data integration between multiple systems: The intern will be exposed to the weekly process of extracting Excel .csv reports from Barge’s BST10 database, transforming the data to match Salesforce requirements, and mapping an upload tool to bring that data into Salesforce.
- Collaborating with team members on new ideas/innovations.
Other
- Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree from an accredited university.
- Current GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- Preference will be given to students that do not require sponsorship.
