Meta Business Messaging is seeking a Marketing Manager to support Enterprise sales enablement and go-to-market initiatives, shaping the future of Business Messaging and expanding Enterprise go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- Experience with Enterprise SaaS experience, including expertise in positioning, messaging, sales enablement, thought leadership, and scaled marketing
- Demonstrated understanding of B2B program measurement and reporting
- Proven presentation and copywriting skills to convey complex ideas simply and effectively
- Proven organizational and project management skills
- SaaS marketing experience at a technology company
- Experience developing thought leadership studies targeting Enterprise decision makers
- Understanding of brand foundations such as brand architecture, messaging frameworks, and visual identity systems
Responsibilities
- Develop audience-first, solutions-focused Enterprise sales enablement content, including narratives, pitches, guides, and training materials
- Lead global marketing initiatives to drive growth in Business Messaging adoption and usage, spanning in person events, thought leadership studies, scaled marketing, and more
- Leverage audience, market, and business insights to identify and scale new opportunities for effectively engaging and influencing target audiences
- Develop marketing plans within your assigned scope to deliver measurable impact
- Partner with Brand Strategy to strengthen and drive internal adoption of Business Messaging brand foundations, including messaging frameworks, brand architecture, and visual identity, across all marketing communication work

- Bachelor's Degree
- 6+ years of work experience in marketing communications, content marketing, integrated marketing, and/or product marketing roles
- 3+ years of experience in developing messaging and Enterprise sales enablement content with proven business impact
- Demonstrated experience in cross-functional leadership and collaboration across a broad range of functions
- Travel requirements not specified
