Hologic is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive product adoption, enhance customer engagement, and achieve revenue growth for their Imaging Upgrades and Contrast Enhanced Mammography product portfolio.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement downstream marketing strategies to drive growth and adoption of Hologic’s Imaging Upgrades and Contrast Enhanced Mammography solutions.
- Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to refine positioning and messaging for the product portfolio.
- Lead the creation of marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional materials that align with business objectives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to successfully launch new products and enhancements within the portfolio.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop tools, training, and resources that effectively communicate product benefits and differentiate Hologic solutions in the marketplace.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and tools to optimize future efforts.
- Provide regular updates on key metrics, revenue performance, and market penetration to leadership.

- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of marketing or sales experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Proven success in downstream marketing, product management, or field marketing roles.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
