Zions Bancorporation is looking to transform how they connect with customers by building a dynamic, in-house Creative Studio and innovative Demand Center. The Marketing Product Manager - Consumer will help lead and define the overall marketing vision for the consumer segment, aligning with organizational goals and leadership vision to reimagine marketing strategies and create work that matters.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate a complex, matrixed organization to build relationships and drive alignment across stakeholders including product, compliance, legal, sales, affiliate brand, and executive teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex situations, identify root causes, and develop thoughtful, strategic solutions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, legal, and compliance teams to deliver multiple go-to-market projects simultaneously and effectively.
  • Understanding of financial products and services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling messages.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing marketing materials for accuracy, clarity, and compliance.
  • Ability to understand consumer needs and demand and translate their needs into effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional go-to-market planning and execution for product launches, including campaign development, customer communications, and sales enablement.
  • Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and is differentiated in the market.
  • Collaborate with research, analytics, and product teams to gather and interpret customer and market insights that inform product development, marketing strategies, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with product and analytics teams to inform and enhance the end-to-end customer journey for clients, identifying opportunities to improve experience and retention.
  • Create sales tools, presentations, and training materials to support the sales team in effectively communicating product value.
  • Partner with content and creative teams to support the development of product-focused materials such as brochures, web copy, case studies, and customer communications that align with brand and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, product adoption, and market impact; optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.

Other

  • Requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, finance, information systems or related field and 4+ years’ experience in product management, product analysis, design and development or other directly related experience.
  • This is an in-office position 5 days a week. This is not a hybrid role.
