Requirements
- Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of marketing KPIs (e.g., CTR, CVR, CPL, ROAS).
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo) is a plus.
- Experience with SQL is a bonus
- Ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute weekly marketing performance reports covering key metrics across channels, campaigns, and integrated programs.
- Monitor and analyze conversion rates for ongoing campaigns, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide real-time visibility into marketing performance.
- Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover factors impacting campaign performance and audience engagement.
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests and contribute to quarterly and annual performance reviews.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational reporting standards.
- Collaborate with campaign managers, integrated marketing teams, and other stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, data reporting, or a related role.
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
