The Chief Data Office and Markets Quantitative Research group at JPMorgan Chase needs to manage a complex portfolio of data-related initiatives across the Commercial and Investment Bank. This role will drive organizational and disruptive change by acting as a key business advisor, challenging business leads, and setting strategic direction for data initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large data sets, using Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau
- Good understanding of and/or keen interest in Markets products (FX, Credit, Rates, Equities) and data, analytics and AI/ML trends
Responsibilities
- Implement new business strategy, strategic initiatives or platforms, including aligning the business and support groups (including Tech, Controls, central data and analytics-related teams)
- Partner with Quantitative Research Trading, Sales and Technology in the definition of future workflows and implementation of related technology and infrastructure projects to prepare the business to meet the requirements of an ever evolving market structure
- Provide business representation in respective internal/external working groups and serve as a key point of contact on a Markets data-related initiatives

- Prior background in Capital Markets, with Project Management, Product Management, Business Management or COO experience
