Globus Medical is looking to manage and enhance data systems to ensure the integrity and consistency of the organization's master data as it pertains to the Global Sales Operations.
Requirements
- Proficient with Power BI, Informatica or other relevant software packages
- Analyzes quantitative information and applies professional judgment to resolve a variety of moderately complex problems
- Works on problems of moderate scope; exercises judgment and independently identifying the next steps
- Advanced critical thinking and problems-solving skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products
Responsibilities
- Manage and improve data systems to ensure the integrity, consistency, and security of the organization’s Sales Operations master data.
- Identify and correct inaccuracies within the database, enhancing overall data quality.
- Aid in classifying and enriching data for analytics and operational applications.
- Review master data and business processes to identify opportunities for enhancing data quality and optimizing operations.
- Provides standard revenue and performance reporting/analysis for business reviews, and builds reports/sales tools in addition to ad hoc analytics related to accounts, products, and surgeons
- Participates in driving internal improvements and efficiencies within the Sales Operations team
Other
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-3 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
- Prefer Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or Finance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
